What is a Pro Subscription? #

The Infinite Flight Pro Subscription* comes with all In-App Purchases unlocked, including any newly added content during the active subscription period. Only items purchased separately will remain available once your subscription expires or is cancelled.

*Subscriptions will automatically renew but can be cancelled by visiting the Google Play or App Store

How do I get a Pro Subscription? #

Step 1

: When Infinite Flight is installed, it will automatically check for previous subscriptions

Step 2

: If no active subscription is detected, the “Get Pro” button will be displayed in the top right hand corner of the Home Screen, tap it

Step 3

: The subscription page will be displayed, from there, tap the blue button

: If you already have an account, tap “I already have an account” in the bottom right hand corner of the screen

: You will then be able to login

Tip

: Please note that if you do not have a previous subscription using Google or Facebook, then you will need to use Infinite Flight to login. New subscriptions using Google or Facebook to login is no longer supported

Unable to Purchase a Pro Subscription #

If you find that you are unable to purchase a Pro Subscription whilst following the steps above, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:

To try to fix the issue we recommend checking parental permissions, restarting your device, and then ensuring you have a good network connection before trying again.

How to Manage your Subscription #

If you decide to install Infinite Flight on a different device, your subscription can be passed over provided you are using the same Apple ID (for iOS) or Google Play account (for Android) that the previous subscription was purchased on.

If however, you are no longer using the same platform (i.e. iOS to Android or vice versa), or using a different Apple ID/Google Play account, then you will need to link your Community Forum Account first for it to be recognised. To do this, follow the steps below:

: If no active subscription is detected, the “Get Pro” button will be displayed in the top right hand corner of the Home Screen, tap it

Step 2

: The subscription page will be displayed, from there, tap “I already have an account” in the bottom right hand corner of the screen

Step 3

: Tap “Sign In with Infinite Flight” and login to your existing Community Forum Account

How do I Cancel my PRO Subscription? #

Auto-Renew can be cancelled directly from the Google Play or App Store. Please find the instructions for your store below:

How can I Change the Community Forum Account Currently Linked to my Infinite Flight Account? #

Account Settings Page

Step 1

: Tap the profile icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to access the Account Settings page. Next to “Community Forum Account”, tap your current IFC username

Step 2

: A pop up will appear to confirm that you are happy to unlink this profile

Step 3

: Tap “Unlink”, it will return to the app and you will see that your IFC username is now replaced with a “Connect” button

Step 4

: You can now tap “Connect” to link a different Community Forum Account

Tip

: Make sure that if you are already logged in to the Infinite Flight Community on the device, it is the account that you would like to link as it will automatically register this
